Refund/ Exchange Policy

We provide exchange service within 3 days of purchase, provided that the original packaging has not been removed and the product shows no signs of use, wear, or damage. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for exchange.

Please note that we follow a strict No Return / No Refund Policy.

For customers within Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur): Customers are requested to visit our store for exchanges. If visiting the store is not possible, a two-way delivery charge will apply.

For customers outside Kathmandu Valley:

Customers are responsible for both-way delivery charges for any exchange.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
